The Dresser is a ladies’ fashion boutique based in Banbridge, with a growing community of loyal customers. We are looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Assistant to join the team and help deliver a brilliant in store experience.

• Position: Part Time Retail Assistant
• Location: The Dresser, Banbridge
• Hours: Friday and Saturday, 11am to 4pm (10 hours per week)

About The Role

You will be a key part of the shop floor team, focused on customer service and daily retail tasks. This role is in store only, it does not include online order fulfilment.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing a warm, helpful in store experience
• Serving customers at checkout and supporting smooth day to day store running
• Helping customers with styling, sizing, and product questions
• Supporting other team members during busy periods
• Unpacking, organising, and sorting new deliveries for the store floor
• Keeping the store tidy and well stocked

What We Are Looking For

• Friendly, confident communication and a genuine interest in helping people
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual, comfortable working Fridays and Saturdays
• Willingness to learn, full training provided
• Retail experience is a plus, but not essential
