We hope you love all your new purchases, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the item(s) in their original condition* for refund or exchange**.

In Store Purchases & Returns

Please bring your item(s) back to us along with your receipt within the returns policy period below.

  • Full price item(s) can be returned up to 14 days from purchase of the item(s).
  • When items are on promotion (e.g. in store discounts; conjunction offers, discount given for any other reason etc.) the item(s) can be returned up to 7 days from purchase of the item(s).
  • Sale item(s) up to 50% off can be exchanged only for another item or a credit note up to 7 days from purchase of the item(s).
  • Credit note is then valid for 3 months.
  • Sales items with more than 50% cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales items with more than 50% reductions are final

Online and Phone Orders

Online and Phone orders are processed 1-2 working day from order being placed. Our costs for delivery are as follows:

Free Collect in Store, and for orders over £120 (UK and ROI)

First Class Delivery
Northern Ireland & UK - First Class: £4.50 

Standard Delivery
Northern Ireland & UK  – Standard 3-5 days: £3.00
Republic of Ireland Standard 3-5 days: £7.50
International - £20.00

 

Online and Phone Orders Returns Policy

To return items purchased online or over the phone, please complete the following steps:

    1. Please contact us before posting back sale items 
    2. Click here to Download our returns form
    3. Complete the returns form with your order number, description of the item(s), quantity, and the reason for your return.
    4. Pack the items in their original condition* along with the returns form
    5. Post the parcel via a recorded delivery service to the below address

Please allow 10 days from when we receive your return for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email when processed.

* Unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached and in an acceptable re-sellable condition
