The Dresser Returns Policy
*DUE TO COVID-19 AND THE LATEST RESTRICTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM AS OUR STORE WILL BE CLOSED BETWEEN 25th DEC 2020 & EARLY APR 2021*
We recommend sending postal returns by a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels
In-store returns are temporarily suspended between 25th Dec 2020 & early March 2021 due to Covid-19 restrictions in NI
Any damages to an order received by post must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery to discuss further steps
Your refund will be processed via your original payment method
- Full price item(s) can be returned for refund or exchanged within 14 days of date of order
- Items on sale/discounted (including use of discount codes)/on promotion up to and including 50% off original price can be exchanged within 14 days of date of order only for another item or a credit note
- Credit note is then valid for 3 months.
- Sales items with more than 50% cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales items with more than 50% reductions are final
- Postage cost is customers own responsibility.
* Unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached and in an acceptable re-sellable condition
** Non-refundable items include Gift Cards and Jewellery
