The Dresser Returns Policy

We recommend sending postal returns by a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels

Any damages to an order received by post must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery to discuss further steps 

Any parcels not delivered must be reported to us within 72 hours from dispatch date

Return of In Store Purchases:

Your refund will be processed via your original payment method on the day of the return 

    • Full price item(s) can be returned for refund or exchanged within 14 days of the date of your order 
    • Items on sale/discounted (including use of discount codes)/on promotion up to and including 50% off original price can be exchanged within 14 days of the date of order only for another item or a credit note. Only one exchange is permitted per item
  • Credit note is then valid for 3 months.
  • Sales items with more than 50% cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales items with more than 50% reductions are final
