We hope you love all your new purchases, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the item(s) in their original condition* for refund or exchange**.  

Any damages to an order received by post must be reported to us within 12 hours to discuss further steps. No damages should be returned before prior agreement

In Store Purchases & Returns 

Please bring your item(s) back to us along with your receipt within the returns policy period below.

  • Full price item(s) can be returned for refund or exchanged up to 14 days from purchase of the item(s).
  • Items on sale/discounted/on promotion up to and including 50% off can be exchanged only for another item or a credit note up to 7 days from purchase of the item(s).
  • Credit note is then valid for 3 months.
  • Sales items with more than 50% cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales items with more than 50% reductions are final

Online and Phone orders are processed 1-2 working days from order being placed.

To return items purchased online or over the phone, please complete the following steps:

    1. Please contact us before posting back sale items 
    2. Click here to Download our returns form
    3. Complete the returns form with your order number, description of the item(s), quantity, and the reason for your return.
    4. Pack the items in their original condition* along with the returns form
    5. Post the parcel via a recorded delivery service to the below address
