The Dresser Returns Policy
We recommend sending postal returns by a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
Any damages to an order received by post must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery to discuss further steps.
Any parcels not delivered must be reported to us within 72 hours from dispatch date.

Return of In Store Purchases:
Full price item(s) or items purchased using a one-off promotion or discount code can be returned within 14 days of the date of your order and exchanged to another suitable item, or the value issued onto a credit note. Partial exchanges will have the remaining balance issued to a credit note.
Items on seasonal sale cannot be returned. In store sale purchases are final.
Only one exchange is permitted per order.
Credit notes are valid for 3 months.

Full price item(s) can be returned for refund or exchanged within 14 days of delivery of your order.
Items on sale/discounted (including use of discount codes)/on promotion up to 69% off original price can be returned for refund or exchanged within 14 days of delivery of your order.
Items on sale/on promotion/discounted (including use of discount codes) at 70% off original price or more can be returned for exchange or credit note within 14 days of delivery of your order.
Only one exchange is permitted per item.
Credit note is then valid for 3 months.
Postage cost is customers own responsibility.
Click & Collect Orders:
These orders are not covered by distance selling as the customer is encouraged to try on the order at the time of collection to ensure it is suitable before leaving. Refunds can be issued if an order doesn't suit only if returned at the time of collection.
After this time, Full price item(s) or items purchased using a one-off promotion or discount code can be returned within 14 days of the date of your order and exchanged to another suitable item, or the value refunded onto a credit note. Partial exchanges will have the remaining balance issued to a credit note.
Your return will be processed within 7 working days from receipt of the return.
