- Next Working Day Courier Service as standard (once dispatched) - £4.99
- Free Next Working Day Courier Service on orders £100 and above
Republic of Ireland
- Next Working Day Courier Service (once dispatched) - £7.50
- Free Next Working Day Courier Service on orders £100 and above
Mainland UK
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.40
After processing time, parcels are sent by ‘Royal Mail Tracked 24’ which is a postal service that aims to deliver parcels the next working day with full tracking from posting to delivery. It offers a photo on delivery and signature on delivery for both a speedy delivery service and extra security
Orders which qualify for free delivery are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48.
After processing time, parcels are sent by ‘Royal Mail Tracked 48’ which is a postal service that aims to deliver parcels within 48 hours with full tracking from posting to delivery. It offers a photo on delivery and signature on delivery for both a speedy delivery service and extra security.

The Dresser Returns Policy
We recommend sending postal returns by a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
Any damages to an order received by post must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery to discuss further steps.
Any parcels not delivered must be reported to us within 72 hours from dispatch date.

For an item to be eligible for return it must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached and in an acceptable re-sellable condition
*Non-refundable items include Gift Cards, Jewellery and Hair Accessories for hygiene reasons
**Maximum of 2 different sizes per style per customer can be processed in an order
Returns of Online Postal Orders:
Full price item(s) and items on sale can be returned for a full refund or exchanged to another item/size within 28 days from the dispatch date of your order.
Postage cost is customers own responsibility.
Your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 14 working days from receipt of the return.
Click & Collect Orders:
These orders are not covered by distance selling as the customer is encouraged to try on the order at the time of collection to ensure it is suitable before leaving. Refunds can be issued if an order doesn't suit only if returned at the time of collection.
After this time, Full price item(s) or items purchased using a one-off promotion or discount code can be returned within 14 days of the date of your order and exchanged to another suitable item, or the value refunded onto a credit note. Partial exchanges will have the remaining balance issued to a credit note.
Your return will be processed within 14 working days from receipt of the return.
Items on seasonal sale cannot be returned and are final sale.
Only one exchange is permitted per item.
