Our "Clarisse" Halter neck top in shade "Blue" is a sleeveless top featuring a dark brown polka dot pattern and an adjustable self-tie neck fastening made of the same fabric. You can tie it however you like! We love tying it in a lovely bow design to add an extra flair of femininity and style. There is a subtle elasticated blouson hem on the bottom of the top for comfort and to create a flattering shape. The top is a pull-on design.
